The Tomahawk is a thick steak that follows the entire rib bone, whose flavor and juiciness exceed scales. Taken from the back of the sirloin, this is a distinctive piece and only 4 pieces can be cut from each animal.

It is a very characteristic piece because of its axe shape and will hardly be a secondary role in your barbecues!

This cut consists of a portion of the beef rib and ancho steak, accompanied by a 30 centimeter bone, and is a perfect steak to share given its size.
